  7. The HDS ViewStation series is a RISC-based family of X terminals available in
  8. monochrome, grayscale, and color models with sizes from 14 to 19 inches
  9. diagonal and resolutions from 1024x768 to 1280x1024. The ViewStation supports
  10. memory upgrades to 68 MB. The ViewStation can start from the network or from a
  11. flashPROM board. A twisted pair Ethernet port, a parallel port for local
  12. printing, and a serial port for PPP, SLIP, CSLIP, or any serial communication
  13. are standard. An optional communication board adds a second serial port, and
  14. Thin and ThickWire Ethernet. A three-button mouse and IBM AT-style keyboard are
  15. standard; DEC and Sun keyboards are available. The ViewStation runs many local
  16. clients, including OSF/Motif Window Manager, OPEN LOOK Window Manager, a VT320
  17. emulation, memory manager, and a consol window for diagnostic messages and
  18. internal control.
